Terms of Use for SuperFine

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SuperFine, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SuperFine only for lawful purposes related to managing your sports club's fines and credits. You must not:

• Use the app to harass, defame, or abuse other players or members.
• Upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.

4. Club and Player Data

Club managers are responsible for the accuracy of fines, credits, and player records they create. SuperFine displays this data to other members of the same club as part of its normal functionality.

5. Payments

Any fines recorded in the app are private arrangements between club members. SuperFine does not process or hold fine payments between players.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as photos and club logos). You grant SuperFine a limited licence to store and display that content within the app for the purpose of providing the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the app's account deletion page.

8. Limitation of Liability

SuperFine is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
